Ravi established Roto Power in 1985. Under his leadership, the company earned a reputation as one of the most trusted and accomplished turnkey electro-mechanical facilities management contractors in the country. During the evolutionary period the company gave end to end solutions in Electricals ranging from Transformers, DG Sets, UPS to Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Networking etc.
Roto Group made significant progress over years and made its presence felt in the contemporary market. The trust reposed by corporate clients in Roto reflected in expansion of business in Facility Management services. Over the years, FMSG evolved into a trusted choice of clients across India and Roto grew manifold with a pan-India presence.
Ravi has more than 24 years of rich industry experience. He has grown the company to more than 1900 employees today. |

Vaibhav Dayal

Vaibhav has more than 17 years of global experience in services sector across IT, BPO, Airlines and Facilities Management. He has led Business Development of India focused outsourcing services in Travel and Transportation Sector across Europe and USA by bringing several large customers to India. He also established Program Management Office (PMO) and Account Management Model to create a scalable platform for services delivery and Customer Relationship Management. During this period, Vaibhav managed outsourcing of more than 50 customer processes
Before joining Roto, Vaibhav did a brief stint with Reliance ADAG group leading the Strategy function in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) business. Prior to that, Vaibhav was responsible for European Sales operation of WNS Global Services as Vice President (Europe), based out of London. Vaibhav also co-founded Cognosys Software, a VC backed IT Solutions Company focused on European and US market. Cognosys grew to be a software outsourcing partner for several major brands in Europe and US and was acquired by Kale Consultants after four years of profitable operation.
Vaibhav is an MBA (PGPX) from IIM Ahmedabad and graduated in Electrical Engineering from IT-BHU. |

Sangram Dhar

Sangram heads the Operations of Roto Power for Facility Management and DG Renting business. He has been the driving force for the initiation of FM business in Roto and has scaled the business over last 13 years of his stay in Roto. He has led aggressive creation of inroads in the marketplace by expanding the company's services, market share and presence in the country. Over these years, Sangram made several valuable customer acquisitions across the country and has been the key motivator for the operations team across Roto group.
He is the MR for ISO 9001:2000 for the last 5 years for Roto. Sangram has a Masters in Engineering from NSI, Kanpur and graduated in Electrical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Calcutta. |

Praveen Singh
Director – Operations (Electrical Contracting)

Praveen heads the Electrical Contracting division of Roto Power. He has been the mainstay of this organization for over 15 years. With his vast experience in this sphere of business he has been leading a project execution team of more than 500 Engineers and Technicians executing projects across the country. He has been instrumental in successfully executing enormous projects such as Sun ‘n’ Sand, Steria, Hughes Software, Fitness First, Techspan, Idea etc. His area of operation includes erection, testing and commissioning of DG Sets, Fire Alarm Systems, Transformers, Distribution Boards, Voltage Stabilizers, HT/LT Panels, UPS Systems etc.
Before Roto, Praveen was handling erection of Sub-stations in various areas of Western U.P. for the State Electricity Board. |

Girish Datt Sharma

Girish heads the Business Development Team for Turnkey Electrification and DG Set Renting division of Roto Power. A Management Graduate by qualification he has been with Roto for 15 years now and is one of the main driving forces in expanding the company’s network and reach. He maintains excellent rapport with various Services Consultants and PMC companies. He has facilitated Roto Power in strengthening its feet in new areas of business. With his innovative ideas and experience he scaled the DG Renting business to new heights in a short span of one year.
