QUALITY POLICY

We have been able to move from strength to strength by continuously evolving and being conscious of the quality of work that we produce. We do not accept more work than we can execute. Our intention is to provide services and products where quality will ensure customer satisfaction, contractual obligation and conform to all relevant regulatory requirements.

This policy is achieved by empowerment of our employees, supplemented by the permanent objective of top management to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

This policy is communicated to all levels of the organization and has been included as part of a regularly scheduled management review where the objectives of the organization and the continued suitability and relevance of the Quality Policy will be examined.

Our employees are a key ingredient for the success of our quality goals and the involvement of people at all organizational levels enables the organization to benefit from their abilities. Top management is committed to ensuring all employees have the skills, positive environment, training and resources to achieve our quality goals and to work at meeting or exceeding RPEL’s customer expectations.

All personnel have the responsibility, authorization and organizational freedom to identify and record non-conforming activity, and to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conforming activity, process or quality system. Our employees are responsible for understanding and following this quality policy.

Whenever a new project starts, the Project requirements are determined, unclear specifications are clarified, and the specific item characteristics are defined and documented. A plan, which is updated as the project status changes, is then generated detailing the various procurement, execution, commissioning & testing activities, the responsible function for each activity and the timeline for the project. Since many functions contribute to a construction, cross-functional teams integrating the appropriate skills are used during the execution process. The execution team meets periodically to facilitate the sharing and coordination of project activities, which are detailed by the Plan made. Each of the specified tasks are to be completed or accounted for before proceeding to the next phase.

The group that executes the project is responsible for ensuring that all the items installed as per the specifications.

The site management is responsible for ensuring that their employees are knowledgeable of and compliant to those specifications that describe their work processes and that those processes meet all quality management system requirements.
