It is the policy of Roto Power Engineers Pvt. Ltd. to manage and execute its projects and maintenance operations in such a manner as to eliminate or minimize all potential hazards and to avoid accidents involving injury to personnel, damage to property, or loss of project time and effectiveness. The RPEL will follow all applicable and contractual laws and regulations affecting the safety and health of its employees. In addition, the Company will adhere to recognize safety codes, regulations, and standards based on the dictates of sound engineering judgment in all project & maintenance activities, including modification or construction of facilities. |
| Hazard Analysis Process |
| Risk management shall be an integral part of RPELs operations and activities to assure that hazards are identified and evaluated in a timely manner, that risks are assessed, minimized, and consistent with the complexity of the operations or activity, and that residual risk is recognized and accepted by management. A hazard analysis is performed on every site. Every site engineer shall submit a hazard analysis report for the project execution. |

Drawings, Samples, and Items List - materials of construction; design details; Types of electrical equipments; instrumentation and control components; interface with other agencies systems; Site plan; Security plan. |

Operational Information, wherever applicable - operating procedures/checklists; emergency plans and procedures; list of alarms, shutdowns, and permissives. |

| Training of Employees |
Safety Officers/Supervisors are well trained/experienced RPEL employees from a variety of disciplines, such as safety, environmental, electrical and building maintenance/operations. They are responsible for creating awareness about safety procedures among the Workers. |
