| Facility Manager: |
Responsible for monitoring and operations of all facilities in scope, statutory requirements, deployment of man power, correspondence and interaction with client, MIS reports. |
| Supervisor (Technical): |
Responsible for operations of all electrical/mechanical/networking equipments, looking after maintenance schedules, maintaining log books, material procurement. He would be checking on technicians and would report to the Facilities Manager. |
| Supervisor (Housekeeping) : |
Responsible for monitoring of cleaning processes at sites and maintaining checklists for various jobs on a daily, weekly, monthly schedule. They are responsible for assurance of adhering to cleaning schedules, maintaining stock books and procurement of housekeeping materials. Supervisors would co-ordinate with the client on a regular basis for related issues and would be reporting to Manager Facilities. |
| DG Operator: |
| Primarily responsible for running of DG sets, checking on health of machine, servicing of equipment. He would maintain log books on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. |
| Electrician: |
| Prime responsibility would be operation and maintenance of electrical components of all systems & Panels, checking on health of systems and reporting on material consumption. |
| Semi-skilled Electrician: |
| Would be assisting the DG operator and electricians and would be responsible for all field work related to maintenance and operations of electrical. |
| AC Mechanic: |
| Responsible for operation of all units, checking on health of equipment and maintenance of log books. |
| Networking Technician: |
| Responsible for looking after Data / Voice outlets, checking on health of systems and would also co-ordinate with the IT People for their regular field requirements. |
| Plumber: |
| Responsible for checking of drainage system, functioning of flush valves, check for any leakage, check water pressure etc. |
| Carpenter: |
| Would check all fixtures on wooden surface. |
| Houseboys: |
| They are the hard workers who are actually responsible for trash removal, high/low dusting, rest room clean up, dusting/polishing of fixtures, vacuum cleaning, mopping, buffing and all general cleaning. Houseboys would report to the Supervisor on a daily basis. |
| Pantry boys: |
Responsible for serving tea/coffee to regular office staff and visitors or any related task allocated by the Management. |
